Delivery Policy
All services and products are digital and delivered via the website and email. There are no delivery fees, and delivery is automatic after payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
A customer who is not satisfied with the service for a valid reason is allowed to get a refund, and he must inform us via one of the communication methods (Ticket System, Email, Phone) within a period of 14 days, and the refund process may take up to 14 business days.
Exchange Policy
A customer who is not satisfied with the service performance can upgrade or downgrade it, and he must contact us via (ticket system, email, phone), and the customer will be obligated to pay the price difference in the event of an increase, or we will add the price difference to the wallet within the site in the event of a downgrade.
Cancellation Policy
A customer who wants to terminate the service can submit a request from within the website, and his request will be processed automatically, and the service will continue to work until the subscription ends, and the refund process will not take place.
